A BIT ABOUT MYSELF

Welcome to Mindful Yoga Utah, my name is Jackie Mobley, RYT 200 (2017), Certified Chakra Therapeutics, and hold a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. 


Over the past three years, I have taken a deeper dive into my yoga journey by studying the Yoga Sutra's with Bhavani Maki, Author of the Yogi's Road Map, completed Kristen Weber's Subtle Yoga training, and I am in the middle of my Yoga 300 training.   


I have  spent over  10 years of my work life in leadership roles where I found my passion for learning and understanding well being and the science of emotional intelligence. During my Yoga Teacher training  I was delighted to find well being and emotional intelligence woven into the fabric of yoga's ancient teachings.  


I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and personal love and acceptance. These core values inspire and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to the greatness within one's own self.  I offer virtual group classes and private lessons by reservation.
