YOGA IN THE PARK SUMMER SERIES
Flow of Movement
This is a 60-minute beginner yoga class for anyone, any age who whould like to give yoga a try. No experience required. The class will go through sun saluations A and B, then on to some basc yoga postures to increase freedom and mobility of the body while concentrating on breath to quiet the mind. The class will be on the east lawn at the back of the Ogden Botanical Gardens (behind the pavillions) .
